We are honored and excited to offer this experimental fermentation project from our friends at the Bensa Washing station located in the Bombe Mountains of Ethiopia. This coffee has meticulous layers of different ferment levels after de-pulping, creating wild florals and bright acidities. The layering allows a controlled PH for bacteria control. All that said this coffee is dope. Enjoy.
