At The House of Ride Nature, we stand behind the quality of our surf, skate, retail, gear, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and components.
Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Clearance or sale items, resurrection collection items (only applicable in store), gift cards, used or ridden skateboards or surfboards, complete skateboards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items.
If you need a different size or product, we can process an exchange via thehouse@ridenature.com within 30 days of purchase and in unused, original condition, and include all original packaging, tags and components.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos and order details
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
In-Store Purchases
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
